It’s moments like this when my intense dislike of Inhun just makes my ass itch. If Inhun had not been continually inhibiting and oppressing him, Nakyum would have been better able to defend himself in a situation like this where he is wrongfully accused over the damaged painting. And yes, I know someone is going to point out that Jihwa deserves punishment, but I really have a lot of compassion for Jihwa. I think he’s silly, vapid, and he pales compared to Nakyum, but that is kind of the point. Jihwa obviously has feelings for Seungho, and I get the feeling that they’re not new either. It’s clear he has been Seungho’s favourite for a while.

He is the one Seungho’s other playmates go to to complain. He has held some kind of position in Seungho’s life, and he can sense that something is up. He knew it the first morning when he didn’t have to suck Seungho’s dick to get it up. He was the first person Seungho sought out after the painting Nakyum made and destroyed in Episode 3. Which brings us back to the damaged painting. I get why Seungho mistrusts Nakyum so much. He is operating from a default state of mistrust with everyone, and Nakyum has in fact lied to him repeatedly. The first words Nakyum spoke to him were lies. Nakyum has already destroyed expensive paper and wasted expensive ink.

Yet, Seungho’s reactions are always overblown and over the top. Mastering the situation requires self mastery, and Seungho really has nothing more than what my grandmother used to call a ‘fowl shit temper’ and his nobility. Which is why I hate that his first reaction is always to lash out at the most vulnerable person in front of him.
